Privacy Policy for Money Tracker Infinite
Your financial records stay on your device. Money Tracker connects to outside services only for features you choose to use and for crash diagnostics.
Covers Windows, Android, Chromebook, iPhone, iPad, and compatible Apple silicon Macs.
Your financial records
Your accounts, transactions, budgets, reports, and other financial records are stored locally on your device.
We do not receive a copy of them during normal app use.
Optional online services
Cloud backup and sync
If enabled, app data and attachments are transferred to the cloud account you choose. Turning sync off stops future transfers.
Use your provider's controls to manage files already stored there.
Rates and prices
Online lookups send the requested currency pair or security symbol and connection information such as your IP address.
They do not include your transactions, holdings, or account balances.
Cloud provider privacy policies
Crash diagnostics and Sentry
- Purpose
- Released versions use Sentry to collect crash and error reports so we can improve reliability.
- May include
- Error details, stack traces, crash context, time, app version, operating system, device details, crash-session status, and whether the paid edition is active. On Windows, a report may also include the app screen stack and a description of the failed operation.
- Excluded by us
- We do not intentionally send financial records, passwords, backup files, or cloud credentials. Error details may still contain values added by the device or runtime, and Sentry may process your IP address when a report is sent.
- Tracking and ads
- Custom page-view and general usage tracking are disabled. Money Tracker does not use Sentry for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Website measurement and Google Ads
The website never sends your Money Tracker financial records to Google.
- Purpose
- We use the Google tag to understand whether website visits lead to app installs, measure advertising performance, and improve our campaigns.
- Default
- Advertising, personalisation, user-data, and analytics storage are denied until you make a choice in the privacy banner.
- If you accept
- Google may use cookies or local storage and process information such as the page visited, referrer, browser or device details, IP-derived location, and advertising click identifiers.
- If you reject
- Optional cookies remain disabled. Google Consent Mode may send limited cookieless measurement signals so conversions can be modelled without identifying you through advertising cookies.
- Your control
- Use the Privacy choices link in the website footer at any time to accept, reject, or change your selection.

Support and security
- A support email may include app, device, operating-system, or selected error details.
- Nothing is sent until you review the message and choose to send it.
- Remove information or attachments that support does not need. Never send your password or PIN.
- Protect the app with a PIN or password, and secure your device and cloud accounts. We cannot recover a forgotten Money Tracker password or PIN.
